SMS Pharmaceuticals: Approves Q2 FY27 Results, Appoints New Company Secretary

SMS Pharmaceuticals Ltd announced its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The Board of Directors approved these results along with the limited review report. Additionally, the company accepted the resignation of Mr. Thirumalesh Tumma as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer due to personal reasons, effective November 4, 2026.
