Snowman Logistics Appoints Two Independent Directors, Two Depart

Snowman Logistics Limited's Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr. Raghav Chandra and Ms. Sriparna Ganguly Chaudhuri as Non-Executive Independent Directors for a term of five years, subject to shareholder approval. Concurrently, Mr. Arun Kumar Gupta and Mr. Bhaskar Avula Reddy will cease to be Independent Directors upon completion of their second consecutive five-year terms on April 26, 2026. The company also announced the resignation of Mr. Sohan Singh Dhakad as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective April 30, 2026, and appointed Ms. Richa Gupta to the role starting May 1, 2026. The board also updated the authorized Key Managerial Personnel for determining event materiality.
