Snowman Logistics: Board approves KMP changes, new Independent Directors

Snowman Logistics Limited's Board of Directors, at its meeting on April 20, 2026, approved several key managerial personnel changes. Mr. Raghav Chandra and Ms. Sriparna Ganguly Chaudhuri were appointed as Non-Executive Independent Directors for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval. Concurrently, Mr. Arun Kumar Gupta and Mr. Bhaskar Avula Reddy ceased to be Non-Executive Independent Directors due to the completion of their second consecutive terms. Additionally, Mr. Sohan Singh Dhakad resigned from the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective April 30, 2026, though he will continue in a different role within the company. Ms. Richa Gupta was appointed as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective May 1, 2026. The Board also revised the authorization of Key Managerial Personnel under Regulation 30(5) for determining the materiality of events, now including Mr. Padamdeep Singh Handa (CEO), Mr. Raghav Garg (CFO), and Ms. Richa Gupta (CS & Compliance Officer). A postal ballot notice for the Independent Director appointments will be circulated to shareholders.
