Sobha Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on July 20, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Additionally, the board will discuss the issuance of non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis. The company has also informed that the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of these financial results, having been closed since July 1, 2026.
