Sobha Ltd Fixes July 10 Record Date for ₹6 Final Dividend

Sobha Limited has announced the record date for its final dividend as July 10, 2026. The company proposes to pay a dividend of ₹6 per equity share (60%) on shares with a face value of ₹10. This dividend is for the Financial Year 2025-26 and will be paid on fully paid-up shares, with a pro-rata dividend for partly paid-up shares. The dividend, if declared at the upcoming Thirty-first Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for July 18, 2026, will be subject to applicable tax deductions. The AGM will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). A cut-off date of July 11, 2026, has also been fixed for determining voting entitlements at the AGM.
