Sobha Ltd Q1 FY27 Sales Value Hits Record ₹36.56 Bn
Sobha Limited reported a strong operational update for Q1 FY2027, achieving its highest-ever quarterly sales value of ₹36.56 billion. This represents a significant 76% year-on-year increase from Q1 FY26. The company sold 2.34 million square feet of area, comprising 1,432 homes and plots. Sobha's share of the sales value also reached a historic high of ₹29.92 billion. The performance was driven by new project launches, including SOBHA OneWorld and Sacred Grove in Bangalore, and SOBHA Crescent in Gurgaon. Bangalore led the sales with ₹20.67 billion, accounting for 56.5% of total sales, followed by the NCR region with ₹13.84 billion (37.9%). The company also launched 6.89 million square feet across 3 projects and completed 1.08 million square feet across 8 projects.
