Sodhani Academy Appoints Rajvanshi & Associates as Statutory Auditors

Sodhani Academy of Fintech Enablers Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. Rajvanshi & Associates as its new Statutory Auditors during the 17th Annual General Meeting. This appointment fills a casual vacancy caused by the resignation of M/s J C KABRA & ASSOCIATES. The firm will serve until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting.
