IN MAYFAIR HEIGHTS AT P NO-3 KARDHANI YOJNA GOVINDPURA KALWAR ROAD JAIPUR. The property was sold to Mr. Dipendra Sharma for a total consideration of 22,00,000. The agreement for sale was entered into on March 26, 2026, and the expected date of completion of sale is April 30, 2026. Mr. Dipendra Sharma does not belong to the promoter/ promoter group/group companies. This transaction does not fall under related party transactions and is not a part of any scheme of arrangement.
