Sodhani Academy of Fintech Enablers Ltd to Open New Branch in Mumbai and Transition to Franchise Model in Bengaluru and Guwahati

Sodhani Academy of Fintech Enablers Ltd has announced the opening of a new branch in Mumbai and the closure of its branch offices in Bengaluru and Guwahati. The Bengaluru and Guwahati branches will transition to a franchise-based model to optimize operational costs and improve business efficiency. The new Mumbai branch will be operational from February 04th, 2026. The company has also developed a new operational centre using funds raised through the Initial Public Offer (IPO) and entered into an academic affiliation with Vishvakarma Skill University, Jaipur.
