Sodhani Academy of Fintech Enablers Ltd has announced the closure of its branch offices in Bengaluru and Guwahati, transitioning to a franchise-based model to optimize operational costs and improve business efficiency. The company will also open a new branch office in Mumbai. Additionally, the company has developed a new operational center using IPO funds and entered into an academic affiliation with Vishvakarma Skill University, Jaipur.
