Solara Active Pharma Sciences Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Ajit Manocha as Chief Information Officer (CIO), effective August 10, 2026. Mr. Manocha will also be designated as part of the Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the company. With over 33 years of experience, he is a global technology and Life Sciences transformation leader specializing in digital transformation, SAP, Industry 4.0, cybersecurity, and AI/ML initiatives within regulated industries. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
