VST Tillers Appoints Shuba Kumar as Independent Director

VST Tillers Tractors Ltd has appointed Mrs. Shuba Kumar as an Additional and Independent Director for a five-year term, effective July 27, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. The appointment follows a recommendation from the Nomination, Compensation and Remuneration Committee. Mrs. Kumar brings over 28 years of leadership experience in operations, quality management, M&A, and international business across automotive, aerospace, and semiconductor sectors. She holds degrees from IIT Madras, MIT, and Stanford University and is not related to any existing directors. The company confirmed she is not debarred from holding a director's office.
