Spandana Sphoorty Appoints Dipali Sheth as Non-Executive Chairperson

Spandana Sphoorty Financial Ltd announced the appointment of Ms. Dipali Hemant Sheth as the Non-Executive Chairperson of the company. Ms. Sheth was previously an Independent Director. The Board of Directors approved this change during their meeting held on Thursday, July 23, 2026. The meeting also reviewed and approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the limited review report from statutory auditors B S R & Co. LLP. Several other disclosures as per SEBI LODR Regulations were also made.
