V P Tiruvengadaswamy and V V Pravindra, identified as Persons Acting in Concert (PAC), have disclosed a change in their shareholding in VST Tillers Tractors Ltd. The acquisition involved 6,54,235 shares, representing 7.56% of the total share capital. This transaction was an off-market inter-se transfer between promoters, occurring due to the demise of Mr. V K Surendra. Following the acquisition, their combined holding increased from 2.83% to 10.39% of the company's equity share capital.
