Solara Active Pharma Sciences Limited has informed the exchange that there has been no deviation or variation in the utilization of funds raised through its Rights Issue for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The statement, as per SEBI Listing Regulations, was reviewed and approved by the Audit Committee. The funds raised amounted to ₹442.73 Crores. The utilization primarily included repayment of borrowings (₹333.61 Crores) and general corporate purposes (₹105.02 Crores), with the latter not exceeding the permissible limit.
