Solarium Green Energy Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure for Insiders

Solarium Green Energy Ltd, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and the company’s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities, has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in securities of the company by the Insiders. The closure will be effective from Wednesday, April 01, 2026, and will continue for 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results for the half year and year ended on March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting to consider the Financial Results for the half year and year ended on March 31, 2026, will be intimated in due course. All Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of trading window closure.
