Solarworld Energy Solutions Appoints 4 Independent Directors

Solarworld Energy Solutions Ltd has appointed Mr. Rajiv Gupta, Ms. Ritu Hastir, Mr. Subhash Kumar Changoiwala, and Mr. Upendra Goyal as Additional Independent Directors, effective May 1, 2026, for a term of five years, subject to shareholder approval. The company also approved alterations to its Memorandum of Association, including deleting clauses related to the food products business and inserting new sub-clauses related to Sections 179, 180, 185, and 186 of the Companies Act, 2013. A postal ballot will be conducted to seek shareholder approval for these matters.
