Mr. Joshi, aged 52, holds a Master of Commerce and a Bachelor of Education in Economics, bringing over 31 years of experience in accountancy and economics. He is not related to any other Directors or Key Managerial Personnel of the Company and is not debarred from holding the office of Director by any SEBI order or other authority.
