Sonal Adhesives Appoints Cost Auditor for FY27

Sonal Adhesives Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. S K Agarwal & Associates as Cost Auditors for the Financial Year 2026-27. This appointment was recommended by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors on August 12, 2026. The remuneration for the cost auditors will be ratified by shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The company also approved Un-Audited Financial Results for Q1 FY27, announced the 35th AGM on September 24, 2026, and detailed e-voting and book closure dates. Additionally, CS Prashant Diwan was appointed as Secretarial Auditor for FY27.
