Sonata Software Board to meet on May 7, 2026 for FY26 results & dividend

Sonata Software Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on Thursday, May 7, 2026. The primary agenda for the meeting includes the consideration, approval, and taking on record of the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. Additionally, the Board will consider and potentially recommend a final dividend for the financial year 2025-26. The company noted that any approved final dividend would be subject to tax deduction at source (TDS) for shareholders, in line with the Income Tax Act, 1961. Sonata Software also plans to host a conference call with analysts and investors, with details to be announced separately.
