Sonata Software declares interim dividend of ₹1.25/share

Sonata Software Limited's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 6, 2026, declared an interim dividend of ₹1.25 per equity share for the financial year 2026-27. The record date for this dividend payment is August 14, 2026, and the payment is scheduled for on or after August 24, 2026, via electronic mode. Shareholders will be subject to Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) as per the Finance Act, 2020. The board also approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the limited review report from the statutory auditors.
