Sonata Software Fixes Aug 14 Record Date for Interim Dividend

Sonata Software Limited announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 6, 2026, has declared an interim dividend of ₹1.25 per equity share for the financial year 2026-27. The record date for this dividend payment has been fixed as August 14, 2026. The dividend will be paid on or after August 24, 2026, via electronic mode, after deducting applicable taxes at source. The company also approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
