Source Natural Foods Appoints K B Nambiar & Associates as Statutory Auditors

Source Natural Foods and Herbal Supplements Ltd announced board approval for the appointment of M/s. K B Nambiar & Associates as Statutory Auditors, succeeding M/s. Srinaga & Giridharan. This appointment is subject to member approval at the upcoming 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is scheduled for September 30, 2026. Additionally, Mr. Tejagna K. Katpitia was appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), retaining his Executive Director role. The board also approved the Directors Report for FY 2025-26 and finalized the AGM notice and related procedures, including e-voting and closure of the Register of Members.
