Source Natural Foods Appoints New Statutory Auditors and CFO

Source Natural Foods and Herbal Supplements Ltd announced key management and audit changes following a Board Meeting on September 3, 2026. The company appointed M/s. K B Nambiar & Associates as its new Statutory Auditors, subject to member approval at the upcoming 31st Annual General Meeting. Additionally, Mr. Tejagna K. Katpitia has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), also serving as Executive Director. The Board also approved the Directors Report for FY 2025-26 and set the date for the AGM on September 30, 2026, with e-voting from September 27-29, 2026. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 24-30, 2026.
