Source Natural Foods Appoints Tejagna K. Katpitia as CFO

Source Natural Foods and Herbal Supplements Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Tejagna K. Katpitia as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company, effective September 3, 2026. Mr. Katpitia will continue in his role as Executive Director, now also serving as "Executive Director & Chief Financial Officer". The Board also approved the appointment of M/s. K B Nambiar & Associates as Statutory Auditors and finalized the date and notice for the 31st Annual General Meeting on September 30, 2026.
