South West Pinnacle Promoters Sell 3.91% Stake

Vikas Jain and Piyush Jain, promoters of South West Pinnacle Exploration Ltd, have disclosed the disposal of 11,65,820 equity shares, representing 3.91% of the total share capital, through open market transactions on June 22 and June 23, 2026. This sale has reduced their total shareholding from 68.85% to 64.94% (or 69.85% to 66.28% on a diluted basis). The transactions were conducted in the open market, and the company's total equity share capital remains unchanged at Rs. 29.83 crore.
