South West Pinnacle Promoters Sell 3.91% Stake

Vikas Jain and Piyush Jain, promoters of South West Pinnacle Exploration Limited, have disclosed the sale of 11,65,820 equity shares, representing 3.91% of the total shareholding and 3.57% of the diluted shareholding. The disposal occurred in the open market on June 22 and June 23, 2026. Following this transaction, the promoters' combined shareholding has reduced from 68.85% to 64.94% of the total shares carrying voting rights. The total diluted share capital remains at Rs. 32,65,14,220.
