Demise of Promoter Mr. Rameshwar Dass Parwal of SPA Capital Services Ltd

SPA Capital Services Ltd has announced the demise of its promoter, Mr. Rameshwar Dass Parwal, who held 0.85% equity shares in the company. In accordance with Regulation 31A(6)(c) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, he will cease to be a part of the promoter/promoter group of the company. His shareholding will be processed for transmission to the nominee.
