Spectra Industries Ltd has announced that the 27th Meeting of the Committee of Creditors will be held on Friday, July 03, 2026, via Video Conference. The meeting, conducted as per Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, will focus on reviewing the Resolution Professional's process update and discussing the renewal of the Corporate Debtor's insurance policy. Additionally, the committee will consider and approve the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process costs incurred to date, and any other matters with the Chair's permission.
