The meeting will be conducted via Video Conference, via Webex application. The agenda includes considering and discussing the Resolution Plans received from Resolution Applicants by the Resolution Professional, extending the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process of the corporate debtor, approving the insolvency resolution process cost of the corporate debtor, approving the legal cost for filing Extension Application of corporate debtor before Adjudicating Authority, and discussing any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
