SPEL Semiconductor Board Meeting on July 29, 2026 for MoU Approval

SPEL Semiconductor Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on July 29, 2026, to consider and approve a Tripartite Strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). This MoU will be signed with M/s Calsoft, Chennai, and M/s Natronix-India, Chennai. The company has also informed that the trading window for its designated persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed from June 30, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of its Audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
