Furthermore, the company approved raising up to ₹500 Crores through a Rights Issue or QIP, and up to INR Rs.500 Crores via overseas fundraising instruments. An increase in authorized share capital from ₹60 Crores to ₹150 Crores and enhanced borrowing powers up to ₹500 Crores were also approved, subject to shareholder consent. A Fund Raising Committee has been constituted to oversee these initiatives.
