CLC Industries Closes Trading Window from July 1st

CLC Industries Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all directors, designated persons, and connected persons. This closure will be effective from July 1st, 2026, and will remain in effect until two days after the public announcement of the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ending June 30th, 2026. The company has advised all relevant personnel not to trade in its securities during this period, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The date of the board meeting to approve these financial results will be communicated separately.
