CLC Industries Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window Until 2 Days After Q1 2026 Results

CLC Industries Ltd, in accordance with its Code of Conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, has announced the closure of the trading window for all Directors, Designated Persons, and Connected Persons from 1st April 2026. The trading window will remain closed until 2 days after the announcement of the audited financial results for the quarter ending 31st March 2026. The date of the Board meeting for approving the audited financial results will be shared separately. Directors, Designated Persons, and Connected Persons are advised not to trade in the company's securities during this period.
