Spinaroo Commercial Appoints New Company Secretary & Compliance Officer

Spinaroo Commercial Ltd announced changes in its Key Managerial Personnel following a Board Meeting held on July 4, 2026. Mrs. Megha Khanna resigned as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective June 30, 2026. The Board accepted her resignation. Subsequently, upon the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, Mrs. Neha Pansari has been appointed as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective July 1, 2026. Mrs. Pansari brings a strong background in secretarial and legal matters, including expertise in corporate laws and SEBI regulations.
