The application is under the Enterprises Promotion Policy, 2015, and the company expects to receive a Letter of Intent (LOI) shortly. The proposed colony will be developed through a development arrangement, with further disclosures to be made in due course. The land registration remains in the company's name, with no title transfer as of the filing date.
