WeWork India Adds 2,881 Desks Capacity in Pune

WeWork India Management Ltd has entered into a Leave & License Agreement for capacity addition in Pune, adding 1,60,744 square feet. This expansion is expected to result in approximately 2,881 additional desks and is projected to be operational by July 2027. The investment required is approximately ₹44 Crore, to be financed through internal accruals or debt. The rationale behind this expansion is to cater to incremental demand and enhance operational capacity in line with business growth. As of June 30, 2026, the company had an existing capacity of 1,33,573 desks with an 84.90% utilization rate.
