WeWork India Adds 2.25 Lakh Sq. Ft. & 4,500+ Desks in Bengaluru & Pune

WeWork India has expanded its footprint by opening two new centers: WeWork Infinix Palladium in Whitefield, Bengaluru, and WeWork Millennium Towers in Wakad, Pune. These new locations add approximately 2.25 lakh sq. ft. and over 4,500 desks to WeWork India's portfolio. The expansion aligns with a growing trend where businesses prioritize office locations that offer proximity to talent, transit, and amenities, creating self-sustained commercial corridors. WeWork Infinix Palladium in Bengaluru is a 1.7 lakh sq. ft. full-building workspace designed for enterprise scale, adding 3,100+ desks. WeWork Millennium Towers in Pune spans 55,000 sq. ft. with 1,400 desks, located strategically near the Hinjewadi employment hub and Mumbai-Pune Expressway. This expansion strengthens WeWork India's presence in key Indian office markets.
