WeWork India Board to meet Oct 26 for Q2/H1 FY27 results; Trading Window Closed

WeWork India Management Ltd has scheduled a Board Meeting for Monday, October 26, 2026. The board will consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026. Additionally, in accordance with SEBI regulations, the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed from October 1, 2026. This restriction will apply to Designated Persons and their immediate relatives and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
