Kiran Aggarwal Gifts 2.79% Stake in SPL Industries

Kiran Aggarwal, a promoter of SPL Industries Ltd, has transferred 8,07,784 equity shares, representing 2.79% of the company's paid-up share capital, through a gift (inter-se transfer amongst promoters).
