Sportking India: Director designation change approved

Sportking India Limited announced a change in the designation of Mrs. Anjali Avasthi from Non-Executive Director to Whole-time Director, designated as Executive Director. This change is effective from August 1, 2026, for a period of three years, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The Board also approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The 37th AGM is scheduled for September 12, 2026. Mrs. Avasthi has confirmed she is not debarred from holding a director's office.
