Ms. Tekumalla brings over 18 years of experience in corporate compliance, secretarial practices, and regulatory filings, holding qualifications as a Company Secretary and a Master's degree in Law. Her term as an independent director will be for five consecutive years, commencing after the AGM approval. The company also noted its former name, Sree Jayalakshmi Autospin Limited.
