Sparkle Gold Rock Appoints Dhadda and Associates as Statutory Auditor

Sparkle Gold Rock Ltd has announced the appointment of M/s Dhadda and Associates, Chartered Accountants (FRN: 013807S), as its new Statutory Auditor. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors on August 11, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 35th Annual General Meeting. The firm will hold office for a term of one year, from the conclusion of the 35th AGM until the conclusion of the 36th AGM.
