Kama Holdings Sells 10,10,000 SRF Shares Off-Market

Kama Holdings Limited has sold 10,10,000 equity shares of SRF Limited through an off-market, inter-se transfer to its wholly-owned subsidiary, Kama Realty (Delhi) Limited. This transaction represents a 0.34% stake. Following the sale, Kama Holdings Limited's holding in SRF Limited has reduced from 49.54% to 49.20% of the total share capital. The total diluted share capital of SRF Limited after the acquisition is Rs. 2,96,65,76,350, consisting of 29,66,57,635 equity shares.
