SRF Ltd: Kama Realty Transfers 10.1 Lakh Shares

Kama Realty (Delhi) Limited, a promoter group entity, has transferred 10,10,000 equity shares of SRF Limited, representing 0.34% of the total share capital, to another entity within the group via an off-market inter-se transfer. This is the third tranche of a proposed off-market transfer of up to 32,00,000 shares. Following this transaction, Kama Realty's holding in SRF Limited has increased to 30,05,000 shares, or 1.01% of the total share capital. The total cumulative transfer in this transaction now stands at 30,05,000 shares.
