Aqylon Nexus Appoints New MD & Chairperson; Schedules AGM

Aqylon Nexus Ltd announced significant management changes following a Board of Directors meeting on September 4, 2026. Mr. Parth Rajeshbhai Rupareliya has been appointed as the new Managing Director and Chairperson for a five-year term, subject to regulatory and shareholder approval. This follows the resignations of Mr. Srivatsava Sunkara from the MD & Chairperson roles and Mr. Kiran Kumar Inampudi from the Executive Director position, both effective September 3, 2026. Additionally, Mr. Krunal Shaileshbhai Hapliya was appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent). The company also announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 30, 2026, with the register of members closing from September 24-30 for the meeting.
