Sri Amarnath Finance Board Approves Auditor Re-appointment

Sri Amarnath Finance Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 13, 2026, approved the recommendation for the re-appointment of M/s. Rajender Kumar Singal & Associates LLP as Statutory Auditors for a second term of five years. The company also took on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the limited review report from the auditors. The re-appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
