Sri Lotus Developers Board Meeting on Sep 1 for Dividend, AGM Date

Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Ltd has announced a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for September 1, 2026. The primary agenda items include fixing the date for the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and considering the recommendation of a first interim dividend for the financial year 2026-27. Additionally, routine matters will be discussed. In line with SEBI regulations, the company has also closed its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective August 27, 2026, which will reopen 48 hours after the dividend declaration.
