Sri Lotus Developers Invests ₹2.97 Cr in Subsidiaries via Rights Issue

Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Ltd announced an investment of ₹2.97 crore in its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Veera Desai Projects Private Limited, Dhiti Projects Private Limited, and Prasati Projects Private Limited. The investment, approved by the Executive Committee of the Board on July 3, 2026, will be made through a rights issue, with funds earmarked for the subsidiaries' working capital requirements. These subsidiaries are engaged in real estate development. The transaction is expected to be completed by July 11, 2026. The company stated that no governmental or regulatory approvals are required for this investment.
