Sri Lotus Developers Recommends ₹0.50 Dividend for FY26

Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Ltd's board recommended a final dividend of ₹0.50 per equity share (50%) for FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. Promoter and Promoter Group shareholders, holding 81.87% of the company's shares, have voluntarily waived their right to receive the dividend to support the company's expansion plans. The dividend, if approved, will be credited/dispatched within 30 days from the AGM date to eligible shareholders. The board meeting was held on May 12, 2026, commencing at 05:00 P.M.
